刘静,博士,副研究员。2009-07毕业于中国科学技术大学物理学专业,获理学学士学位;2014-07毕业于中国科学院大学,获理学博士学位。2014-07进入中科院高能物理研究所多学科中心工作;2016-12,聘为中科院高能物理研究所多学科中心, 副研究员。
1、用LIGA和光刻技术研制镍基、 SU8基X射线聚焦元件,为国内外光源提供可用聚焦元件。
2、用深硅刻蚀技术研制硅基Kinoform、光栅、波带片等光学元件。
3、氯化铯纳米岛自组装技术的应用研究。
